Abstract

A SYSTEMS EXPLORATION IN IMAGINING ALTERNATIVES WITHIN HOUSING IN NORWAY: THE PROCESS DIAGRAM

How does one work with complex systems? My process model has seven layers where we start from everyday experiences (in form of services and touchpoints), digging deeper into system dynamics and structures, going all the way down to values, mindsets and metaphors. I have used my learnings of the present-day system and flipped them in order to arrive at the desirable/alternative case scenarios.
