Abstract

The article presents the views of architect Roberto Chiotti and priest Richard S. Vosko on modern Catholic church design. Chiotti mentions that aside from being beautiful, church design must attract attention of worshipers to beauty and diversity of creation. Chiotti says that using natural materials, which are obtained through sustainable way, can help resonate church design with a local faith community. Vosko adds that a church must have different areas to accommodate unique rituals.
