Abstract
Profiles the Vancouver gallery CSA Space. The author notes the small size of the gallery at only one room, and the difference in its architecture compared to the city's prominent Minimalist style. She describes meeting the directors Christopher Brayshaw, Steven Tong, and Adam Harrison, relates their comments on their desire to preserve independence, outlines their curatorial thesis, and lists a number of artists whose work has been shown there.
