This paper outlines the creation of a high-fidelity prototype for Capsule, an app that supports family members in telling stories with their loved ones who have dementia and utilizing insights gathered to support care teams in delivering person-centered care to their loved ones. It covers the design process and reasoning behind it, outcomes and outputs as a result of the process, design decisions, and limitations of the project.
