Abstract

What kinds of tools for representation can we draw upon in order to promote acts of listening with regards to histories of social and political engagement within the land? "one and the same" is an example of the type of explorations that this research question has prompted. In this installation participants enter into a field of interactivity in which their movements become linked to the sound and video provided on the screen such that the causal relationship between people and place is highlighted.
